Built 2 Last Fitness was created by Robert who has been a personal  trainer and fitness coach for 10+ years. He incorporates boxing, weight lifting,cardio circuits, and intense calisthenics within his workout regimens.

B2L Fitness is geared toward building a better you! Offering and specializing in one-on-one and group outdoor/indoor training.  B2L Fitness is designed  to meet your own personal health goals and needs, while promoting  life changing habits that will benefit your life.
